corruption

I have been getting corrupt .bin files when extracting for awhile now even though the rar files are not corrupt. My pc is kind of old I think maybe the ram is going bad or the hd not sure. Anyone know of a patch or somthin that would fix this problem or scan the hd for errors? I'm using newest version of winrar 3.20.

You could try running Memtest86. IIRC, some K7S5A boards had problems with >=1GHz TBirds.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of WinRAR. Old versions can't handle archives compressed with newer versions. (n/m, I see that you do)
