Corrupt File on XP Pro CD

Tried installing XP Pro and got this

inf file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing, status 4096
Setup cannot continue
press any key to exit

I couldnt find the "any" key either (just joking).

What do I do short of using the torrent work around?
