404 Election fraud not found.

Might want to look it up. Seems Tea Party wanted to get on the ballot and some have/had ties as a Dem OH NOES!!! How dare they think anybody could join the teabagger movement.

Seems the republicans were more against this then anything.

Throw them in jail? What law was broken and what are the prescribed penalties?

At this point in time, potential election crimes are being investigated by the Oakland County Sheriff and the FBI. Charges have not yet been brought to bear, but already the Oakland County Executive appears to have significant evidence to appoint a grand jury to investigate. All detailed in the links provided in the OP.

Lets see, 2 candidates not of legal age to hold office win a "Tea Party" convention nomination to appear on the ballot, and another candidate who did not even know he was running for office (both detailed in the links provided in the OP).

Perhaps you would like to guess why the 2 significant players at the center of this investigation held prominent positions within the Oakland County Democratic Party (McGinnis was the party chairman who has since resigned, and Bauer the party operations director), positions charged with getting Democrats elected, why would they be assisting candidates running for office in opposition to their own party?

Nope, no fraud there right? Looks like we've got another member of the stupid motherfucker club in our midst. Disgraceful apologist, but again no suprise.

Out of curiosity, how do you feel about an Arizona GOP candidate recruiting the homeless to run as Green Party candidates to siphon voters from Democratic candidates?

(I'd say people should be being fined, penalized and/or facing jail time in both cases.)

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2012827537_recruit07.html

"Did I recruit candidates? Yes," said May, himself a candidate for the state Legislature, on the Republican ticket. "Are they fake candidates? No way."
...
"Are you fake, Thomas?" May shouted in the direction of Thomas Meadows, 27, a Tarot card reader who has less than $1 to his name. Meadows, running for state treasurer, similarly disagreed.

yes I also heard some repub group registering homeless to some green party ballot to suck out dem votes etc. I guess both parties are pushing hard for this election cycle. Just find these things totally hilarious. funny the things they can think of now. people are definitely getting smarter by the day.

If it looks like a fish and swimms like a fish and smells like a fish its is likely a fish but its a new fish it has more to it now its fish with a healthy dose of corexit. Ya everthing about politics is poison. Your also right . The Rep stand to lose more from Tea party than Dems . Nothing makes sense any more 2+2 = 3 its the new way of thinking and it fits this generation to a T.

I'm not sure what the comparison is here. What does registering/bussing in non-voters to vote for a minor third party accomplish? That is not the same thing as registering a phony candidate to trick real voters in to voting for the wrong party. Unless the republican guy was just trying to get to those homeless first before the democrats did the same thing, e.g. to preemptively neutralize the democrat's fraud?

Read my post and/or the source article. A GOP candidate got homeless people to sign up as Green Party candidates not voters. It's exactly the same sleaze as dems setting up fake Tea Party candidates.

I agree 100%. Please see my reply to Nemesis1 regarding consistancy of criticism regardless of party affiliation.

Cool! Btw, when's the last time you started a thread condemning Republicans for any of their many sleazy shenanigans since P&N was founded as a forum . . . last week?

Last month?

Sometime last year?

2008? 2007? 2006? 2005?

Anytime this century, then?

What's that?

Never?

:hmm:

Would be no different than your trolling for liberals/progressives.
