Biden referring to Trumps presidency as a plague is the definition of irony
cool 1st post from a sleeper acct.
go back to sleep and dream of your orange ghod bleeding you sheep dry.

Mortgage your house to donate to The orange one's re-election/avoid jail/slush fund yet?

He also expects you to mortgage your kids and grandkids future as well.
Sacrifice your soul for him.
He thinks he's worth all the above.

Man, you know Biden is hitting a nerve when a lurker of this age is pulled from the shadows, triggered into a feckless, lame, attempt at a burn.

I suppose if Biden cared as little about Americans dying from a preventable disease as Trump did, you'd have a point. Ditto for Trump's treason and his incredible amount of corruption. Instead, you took the lazy 'Tucker Carlson thinks he's original and funny' route.

Hahaha.

Multiple people from the Correspondents dinner are now reporting coronavirus infections.
Luckily since they had been vaccinated and boosted all the cases so far seem to be asymptomatic or mild.

On Saturday, the comedian Trevor Noah stood before a ballroom of 2,600 journalists, celebrities and political elites at the White House Correspondents Dinner, and asked: What are we doing here?

“Did none of you learn anything from the Gridiron Dinner? Nothing,” Mr. Noah said, referring to another elite Washington gathering in April, after which dozens of attendees tested positive for the coronavirus. “Do you read any of your own newspapers?”

Man, it's almost like the vaccines are doing exactly what they're supposed to do.

What point do you think you are making?

It is kind of funny because of Noah's routine Did none of you learn anything from the Gridiron Dinner? Nothing,”
I would have thought that would be obvious based on the quote I embedded. However maybe not.

Yes, it is a large gathering. There's also irony in that he is pointing it out while being physically present as well.

It's a called self awareness. People laughed because they recognized the irony of the situation, but were well aware of the risks and mitigations.

Everyone was required to have proof of a negative test, vaccination+boosting. That's about as much as you can practically do.

This wasn't "you can't take muh freedoms"! Or "I was born free, I'll die free (by being ineligible for a life-saving organ transplant due to refusing the COVID vaccine)"

Just further drives home the point of being vaccinated. If you do have a breakthrough infection it will be asymptomatic or mild.
