Corrected title: Now the GOP has accomplished massive tax reform

Just saw this from Hatch:

Republican Senator Hatch on children’s health care: “I have a rough time wanting to spend billions and billions and trillions of dollars to help people who won’t help themselves – won’t lift a finger – and expect the federal government to do everything.”

Wants to force millions to bring unwanted children into the world but once they get here, oops...you're on your own and pay for them, damn deadbeats.

The comments just keep getting dumber and more insane

“I think not having the estate tax recognizes the people that are investing,” Grassley said, “as opposed to those that are just spending every darn penny they have, whether it’s on booze or women or movies.”

Wow....just fucking wow.

Yeh, everybody would be rich if they weren't immoral...

All those children need to get jobs and pay taxes. It's their own fault they don't have jobs at age 8 that offers health insurance and a 401k. I'm putting in 40 hours; that 7 year old needs to do the same.

No need to worry guys.

Recording members of the GOP reading the addition and airing it during election season would be a pretty good ad campaign for democrats. "Republicans. Complicating your taxes with inversion yo vocation S-corp in under increase. They don't even know what it does."

Kids working respectable jobs and earning a living and restoring the coal industry can be combined. Go team Trump!

So you should be opposed to this tax plan considering it immediately raises taxes on tens of millions of middle class families and gets worse as time goes on.

However, since you have expressed support for the plan in this thread because it lowers / you think it lowers your taxes, we all know your government spending arguments are disingenuous and you're just part of the FYGM brigade, hoping for a tax cut at the expense of other taxpayers and the US treasury.
Family first, my friend. Do you put your neighbors before your own family?

It's starting to look like the failed Kansas supply side experiment taken nationwide. Going to fail for same reasons, then we can have real tax reform done by the Democrats.

Republican business methodology started the Industrial Revolution in this country leading to many reforms starting with the National Labor Relations Act of 1935. Working people everywhere should understand that it was the Democrats who enacted the legislation that still protects them today.

As a pro-life advocate, comments like that from Hatch drive me out of my fucking mind. How, in a country as wealthy as the US, is it not the case that every single child has healthcare? It’s just outrageous. Hatch's mendacity should disqualify him from being a US senator. The dems HAVE to win the senate in 2018 before all sanity is lost.

I think they need more cuts for the poor, sick and old to really engage their base though. Republican voters like to see the rich getting more but they really really like to see those on fixed incomes getting less.
The irony is that many Trumpsters are now crying over their potential loss of benefits since the very programs they depend upon might be affected.

Apparently, not loud enough for the big orange boy to be moved. He said a lot of lies about protecting the middle class, and apparently does not care what's in the bill. Just so he can get his "pen" out and flaunt it over a piece of paper.

He should replace MAGA with Lies R Us.
