Correct Case fan setup?

Which is the correct config?
Case fan at front sucking in, fan at rear blowing out (exhaust)? Or the other way around...

If you could only have one case fan, where would you put it and in what orientation?
 
you've got the correct configuration..

now, if you have only one fan, you'll have to experiment... exhaust may end up working better...
