'Corporate' Evernote?

I like the idea of Evernote... but I don't like the idea of where it's stored.

I'm wondering if there's anything like it which could be deployed over a 'private cloud'. Something that's multiplatform with native clients for Blackberry, Android, iPhone and iPad among other devices.

I do use Sharepoint, but I've always considered Sharepoint overcomplicated for what it is given the other options and I haven't found anything to tack onto it that would give me a rapid on/offline front end for notetaking in the manner of Evernote.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
