Corporate backup recommendations

What do you recommend for a corporate backup solution if you were starting from scratch.

Software and hardware. small corporation about 100 employees.
 
Veritas back up software is nice, we use it for about a 50 person network backup, on 4 different servers.....we use a an Ultra SCSI LTO tape backup drive over a gigabit network....
 
I would recommend Dantz Retrospect along with either a tape backup system, or a hard drive, such as a Snap Server.
