Core i7 Overclocking Guide???

I'm new to the overclocking scene and while I don't have too much use for it, I would definitely consider doing it with my new Core i7 build (soon to be built). Most of the stuff I've read talks mainly about the difference in ability between the 920 C0's and D0's in terms of voltage but I don't know much about that. Perhaps someone could post a guide on the best way to go about overclocking these guys. All I know is I should do it through the BIOS and not Windows haha. I'll have a gigabyte ex58 board if that helps

Unfortunately, no one has consolidated all the data into a single I7 overclocking guide, like they have with the Core 2 and Athlon 64 stickies.
