hey guys just a quick question, I have been reading on about some P55 overclocking problems because of the Foxconn socket. This problem may only be happening when doing extreme overclocking (correct me if i'm wrong), but my question is, will I be alright If i bought a gigabyte p55-ud3r without the improved LOTES socket in gigabytes NEW P55A motherboards? I know some peeps who have the exact same motherboard (P55-UD3R) and haven't complained about "burn" issues.

Thanks.

get it,thats a great o'c board. For me,getting up to 4ghz was a piece of cake by just upping the vcore, passed all the test i throw at,been running great without a problem, just dont push over 4.2 if you're plan to overclock it.
