I'm running on a P4 2.8, soon to be OC to 3.x. My temps at 3.0ghz are: Case-87~90ºF CPU-119-125ºF

Are these good temps? Or should they be lower? How much?

Also, whats negative pressure inside the case from unbalanced intake/outake fan do to your system? Is it REALLY bad or just not recommended?
 
The temps look within reasonable range. What kind of heatsink are you using? You might be able to bring the temp on the CPU down a little more. As far as the case temp, it's good there.
