When I used to work @ Futureshop I was never impressed by the quality of the LG's...

LG= Lucky Goldstar = Goldstar. I won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

They make pretty good refrigerators - and not so good DVD burners. They have no computer experience to my knowledge. I'd be wary.

They used to make some decend handheld pcs and handheld pc pros, but I didn't know they were making laptops.

I would look for something else. Dell is not all that bad, especially with their XPS Systems.
