It'd have similar performance at stock speeds, but if you were looking to overclock, the E4300 might be more desirable for you.

The demand is high for the moment on it, and it is just released so it will take sometime for the price to normalize, look at the Q6600 for example, it was almost as much as the QX6700, but it is falling to the MSRP Intel suggested.

It's not supposed to be a bargain anyway. I believe the MSRP is something along the lines of $163. It'll be cheaper after the Q2 price drop but right now it's not that much better than the alternatives (though the 200MHz FSB is quite nice).

oh damn, I have searched newegg several times over for it and nothing ever came up, thanx alot!!

now the FSB on the e4300 is 800 and the FSB on the e6300 is 1066, will that be a noticeable difference.

and as much as I might want to OC it, I dont think I will be OC'ing it!!

If you are not OC'ing , the e6300 is the better deal for sure!

Look at the E4300 compared to the E6300 here on Anandtech in the review of the E4300 published not too long ago.
