Core 2 Duo Cooler

I am looking for recommendations on the best 775 cooler available.

Cooling power and noise are the only things to be taken into consideration, money and size do not matter.

Thanks in advance for any help!

edit: No water cooling for me because I move/work in my case a LOT, and water cooling would be a bit more hassle than I want.
