Core 2 Cooling Guide

So there is alot of the OEM core 2 floating around which means no heatsink, so with that said when is it worth getting an aftermarket hearsink?

1. I am not OC'ing the rig and have good fan flow, should I just get the retail chip and not get aftermarket Heatsink

2. I am not OC'ing but geting the OEM, what heatsink would offer better quality than stock and still be the same price as retail.

3. I may do some increase in Frequency, but no volt mod, do I need to get more than passive Heatsink

If people could post answering their feelings about each topic.

1. Yes, and if you're not OC'ing you can go fanless with a decent heatsink. (Undervolting can help, too.)
2. Anything that's over $5 will be better than Intel stock HSF.
3. ?
