hmm, well is it possible there are 2 different revisions. It looks like some people have problems with FPS and some don't. What do you guys think???

I realize this may be getting a little off topic, but it would be nice to figure out why some people are having problems. As for whethter or not The cordless logitech keyboard will work for you, I would say go for it, unless you plan on playing FPS games, then it may be questionable.

How about we post the info from our keyboards and compare the info and see if there is any differences. Just a thought.
Here is the info from my reciever (I can't find the keyboard right now, I might have tossed it.)

Logitech Cordless Keyboard
M/N: C-RC3-KBD
P/N: 850899-0000
S/N: LZC94100206

I have the cordless Logitech mouseman wheel and its great. Once you work with a cordless mouse you won't want to use a mouse with a cord again.

As far as games, I only play UT and there IS a bit of a lag (only when you make extremely quick movements back to back) compared to the Logitech optical mouse I have used. Hardcore gamers wouldn't want to use a cordless, but it is fine for me since I only play occasionally.

Now if Logitech could just come out with a cordless optical mouse...

I personally do not use wireless but I have seen them before. Logitech is the best I have seen, it uses radio to communicate so it works very well.

<< Cordless IS BAD......infared is weak...needs direct view... >>

Well you're half right. Only thing there is Logitech doesn't use IR they use Radio Frequency. You don't need a direct line of sight, hell I've used it from the next room over..(multimedia controls for winamp)

Use logitech they are the best, I use the cordless freedom pro (I only use the keyboard, I happen to use an plain optical mouse because I don't like the ergonomic mouse, but I can't stand non-ergo keyboard for more than 5 minutes at a time, but the cordless mouse works great to if you like it)
