Copying music from iPod to computer

there are programs that will let you do it. im aware that most are not free and the ones that are only will let you do a couple at a time or some crap like that.
 
I had the same problem with my mom's nano. I googled it and download some program (forgot the name, sorry) that let me transfer music to itunes. However, u could only do it 10 times before it wanted u to pay. Perhaps un/re install would solve that, i dont know.
