Copying issue from Word to Outlook 2010?

In office 2010, I just tried to copy a table with some cells in a certain color into a new email message but the color changed. ??? I don't understand why that happened?

Does anyone have any theories? I think it could have something to do with a custom color scheme designed but not sure..
