Copying boot drive

I'm currently booting from a 40gb IDE drive. I have a new 160gb SATA drive that I'd like to boot from instead. Is there an easy way for me to copy the 40gb drive to a partition on the SATA drive and boot from the new SATA drive without Windows noticing a change?

I'd really hate to re-install everything. Thanks!

I tried using Arconis Home 11, but when I run the cloning software and remove the old drive, it says "ERROR LOADING OPERATING SYSTEM". When I put the old drive back in to boot into windows, I can see that the new drive (that is supposed to be a clone of the old one) has NOTHING on it. What's going on?

Sorry everybody. I'm an idiot. I got everything working. Apparently my destination drive was "dynamic", which made it not work with Acronis.
