copy & paste dont work?

need some help on my sisters HP laptop..
her copy n paste dont work... she cant control C to copy and control V paste crap...
using her mouse to right click the copy n paste dont work either..
she tried reformatting her laptop.. like a few times and still doesnt work..
any solutions or ideas?

instead f pressing control+p to paste press control+v

o sorry ithought just might have made a mistake and were trying to press the wrong buttons. go to run and type "clipbrd" and then try to copy something and see if it shows up in the clipboard viewer

That usually means you have a virus taking up page file memory. So when you copy it can't save it into memory. Try it in safe mode. Then do a virus scan while you're there. Could also be a spyware or hijack.
