so did we but called the county to find out before we did the survey because we were going to talk to the landlord if they were renting
 
heh-heh...so HE bought all that stuff? (and presumably had receipts to prove it?)

In that case, he'd be perfectly within his rights to take the stuff. (depending on state laws about cohabitation and such)
 
Your story has been entertaining to say the least.....unfortunate for you though.

May I suggest posting link of all the threads in chronological order in the OP so those who don't know can get all caught up.....I may have even missed a couple.

Hopefully she will be leaving soon as well.
