Officer: I'm not telling you again. You get in your truck and leave. (2)
Reporter: Let me interview this guy real quick.
Officer: *hops fence* No. Negative, sir. You will get in your truck and leave. (3)
Reporter: What's the matter? We're doing our job.
Officer: Get in your truck and move. (4)
Officer: Get in your truck and move! (5)
Reporter: He can shoot if he wants to.
Officer: Do you want me to arrest you?

I'm not trying to justify the officers actions. I thought he was unnecessarily rough and rude at the end. But I do know what the reporter could've done to not get arrested...
