Not sure if you are laughing at him or laughing at me for calling him a truther. You should see what he says on his Facebook status. Most of them are about protecting the constitution or not trusting the government because of 9/11.

Telephone poles are not public property, they are private property. Also, in my state there are specific prohibitions against posting signs on them. The utilities actually have people who drive around taking down all signs posted on their poles-they will call you up (if your number is on the sign) asking you to stop.

Constitutional rights (the First Amendment) trump any local ordinance or state law, but they do not trump the constitutionally guaranteed property rights of the pole owner.
