No way. You don't know what's going on, so stay out of it.

Leave a big note on the door that says, "Dude, the cops came by looking for you."

That's why they just want to "talk to him". With 4 of them.

Why the sad face? He's obviously done something wrong to get arrested.

Ummmm...huh? While it's likely he has done something wrong, just getting arrested doesn't equal guilty of something. Remember...innocent until proven guilty?

Go to the police station and ask, isn't it public knowledge?
Say you are nervous for your family and would like to know the charge.
If they do not give it to you, wait a lil bit and do a background check on his name on the internet for $99.
Post a paypal link to your account and we all will give you $0.50 to pay for the background check so we can find out what he did.

In fact, while we are in the mood of giving, I think I would not mind a donation to the new house fund. Let's all just throw a dollar my way and I can be well on my way to being able to afford food every month.

I will be there for any ATOT member in event they ever needed a dollar back in the future.

That's the kind of thinking that makes me sympathize with defense attorneys. It is not obvious that he has done something wrong. All that is obvious is that the authorities think he has done something wrong. There is a vast difference between the two.

He has not done anything against me, my experience is that he is a nice guy, even went over to his BBQ a few months back.

Until he is convicted of a crime I have no problem with him at all.

I think the local paper has a police "blotter" type thing, so I am sure something will appear there

They headed to my neighbor's house (who was not home) except one who came over to me and asked if I knew if he was home.
I said no, his car has not been there for about an hour.
He asked what kind of car he had, I told him and asked what was up....he said they just want to talk to him, then went back to the other 3 cops.

2 went to front door and 2 to back.
They stayed there for about 10 mins walking around the house and looking in windows.

This can't be good right?

* UPDATE * Cops back this morning, took him away in cuffs :frown:

* FURTHER UPDATE * He was back home at some point on Saturday and on Sunday he has his house up for sale
He probably owed back child support

That's the most plausible reason IMO. Murpheeee did say he was divorced, he may have children living with the Ex...
