CopperLink Ethernet Extender

I'm ordering a copperlink ethernet exteder. I has 2 modems one for each end of the network. Now to connect the 2 modems inbetween it says to use 2 wire twisted pair.

My question is what is 2 wire twisted pair? Thanks for the help

You have to explain a little more what is the nature of your Network.

Two Modems connected together is highly unusual configuration.

Twisted, might relate to a regular CAt5e Network cable that it made out of twisted pairs of wires.
