While not knowing the entire situation. From the video the cop did wrong, and should get some punishment. The guy got on the ground after first refusing verbal commands and appears to be getting ready to lay flat on it. Kicking in the head is a terrible thing to do, should have just grabbed his arms cuffing him while the other cop was there as back up. Very poor decision making by the cop.

And does he go to jail? Anyone did that to a cop, he'd be dead. But a cop does it, no problem. PAid vacation and he can go do it again and again.

Maybe of cop apologists can explain how we don't have a problem with police brutality and double standards when a cop gets caught on video assaulting someone and still doesn't get convicted? Anyone?

wow that is bad. that cop needs to pay for assault. totally unwarranted, regardless of what happened prior to that.

par for the course........no reason to guess! Jusat because a cop gets acquitted that means what? He got off because he was a cop and cops can do no wrong....
