Not saying this applies to anyone who has posted here already, but its funny how you see a lot of "I HATE FVCKING PIGS" threads but as soon as one is hurt/killed everyone's all teary-eyed.

Me, I respect cops for the job they do, but that respect is not universal. If I meet/interact with a cop who is a real asshole, he is a real asshole; not all cops.
***************

Now WTF happened in that? I know the guy shot him, but he went behind the camera and you can't see what he did. Was he the one on the radio? Did he like try to help the cop or something afterwards? I skimmed thru the rest but couldn't get the gist of it 😕

Hate is such a strong word. One can hate something or someone without wanting it killed.

I hate murderers. Plain and simple. I'm 100% sure that I'm not alone.

What is an MV Stop? I'd just watch the video, but I only got part of the video to download amidst timeouts, and it was slow enough to make a 2400bps modem look fast. It could be the campus network too, it's been running like someone replaced our routers with new Playskool brand routers.

I'm not a cop, but I do have many friends who are training to become one and I go to a few things where a man with decades of experience under his belft. If I'm wrong, correct me, but I think that this was done very unprofessionally. It started with the first officer who didn't shoot first (and sadly, he paid the price) when he identified a weapon and told the man to put it down as it faced towards him. After that, backup didn't contain the scene, nearby traffic still whizzed on by and they didn't (initially) block his car as they came in.

No idea if they knew he was the shooter, and I know under stress, feces can hit the fan, but I feel that their training could've prevented this officer's life from being taken.

I don't understand. If someone came out of their car with a weapon in their hand, I would INSTANTLY empty my whole entire clip into them. Then I would grab my shotgun and blast the guy's head in a few times, saving the last few shots for the genitals.

Umm...why exactly would you shoot them in the nuts? It makes no sense whatsoever.

I think it's a country vs. city thing...if that had happened in LA or NY, the cops would have shot him right away.

I don't know what stuns me more, listening to a man die or watching him and his fellow officers fvck that situation up so badly.

How he failed to drop the old man when he came out of his car with the rifle is one thing and is open to debate but seeing the responding officers do nothing but shout at the man with the rifle while their fellow officer lay there dying was like something out of the Twilight Zone.

If there was ever a time when lethal force was justified, that was it. I really can't believe what I just saw.
