SOOOO...... I'm curious about people getting scared of cops after being pulled over with all the news of police being completely out of control recently. If someone feels threatened by an agressive cop, is it reasonable to shoot them? After all, they've got rifles and most have "military" training.... right? I'm sure it's reasonable...
How much more do Americans have to take before something happens? When is POTUS going to issue an executive order for cops to stop beating and killing innocents? When are judges going to look past the thin blue line?
Officer Brian McGee acted in an atmosphere of fear and extreme anticipation when he purposely rammed David Perdues pickup truck and fired at least three shots at him on Feb. 7, 2013, mistakenly believing Dorner was at the wheel.
McGee and Sooper came away from the briefing believing that an encounter with Dorner would result in either their own, or Dorners, death.
This put McGee and Sooper on heightened alert, anticipating a shoot-out with Dorner, who McGee said was dedicated to killing people, the report said.
The report said McGees own audio recorder heard him tell Perdue, This guys killing cops. Hes there to kill more. Hes killed one in Riverside, killed a couple in Irvine, hes got a rifle, hes military trained.
