Does Pentium 4 or a P4P800 Series board have the capability of Cool'N'Quiet??

Asus has their own Q-Fan control in the BIOS for some motherboards, it works well on my P4C800-E Dexlus.

Cool'n'Quiet is proprietary AMD technology, but I'm sure Intel has an equivalent feature.
