I think he was in Daredevil the movie. At least thats who it looked like when I was flipping through and caught some of it on FX.

yep, he is. in deleted scenes that didnt make it on the first release of the dvd or even the theatres where he's on trial for something or the other. never really got concerned with the scenes because its freakin' coolio! 😉
