Coolink GFXChilla anyone other then NCIX have this

I need a quiet heat sink solution for my 4850 and this seems to fit the bill.
However the only people that ship to the US that I can find is NCIX and I refuse to pay $18 ground shipping for a $21 item.

I can't fit the S1 in my case.
I am strongly considering the VF1000, but it is a bit expensive.
Duo Orb reports are too loud for me.

If you can think of any others that will fit the bill of quiet, good performance and won't go above 1.4" above the card please let me know.
