I was compiling list of components..there I realise Do I have to buy a cooling system for a CpU or it works fine without it?? I am not a hardcore gamer few games like FIFA/PES but require more for downloading(6+hrs. daily) media stuff & watching them! And please can someone suggest me a MOBO(upgradable) and 4th gen Intel processor for such needs!

You need a cooler, however for your needs the stock one will be fine. Buy a retail CPU and it will come with a cooler (with a few exceptions that you don't need to worry about if you are buying haswell)

Depends if you want to over clock. You probably won't need to for your needs although it might help with Wii emulators.

Not a Gaming PC only a High level Media entertainment like 1080pp 3D movie run smoothly without any glitches! I only prefer FIFA/PES but want to try Wii 3D games emulator Budget 1000$ Or 50000 INR Specs on my mind( Will make amendments as more I get to know from this forum) Intel i5 4670 Mobo - dont know how to buy one except knowing socket type of processor Ram - 4 GB(possible expansion to 8 if required) hdd - 256/320 GB(I prefer ext. HDD that's why low inside) Monitor resolution 1920x1080(might go for 3D if some money left) GPU - Totally naive(like socket, benchmark) and not in hurry to buy as I said going for movies only and low gaming PSU - 500W Case - Don't know much Other optional stuff depends on amount of budget left ! I am totally newb in Hardware and forum discussions so sorry for any inconvenience!

FIFA/PES, playing blue ray movies doesn't need a high end pc, a low end build would be fine. But emulating consoles like ps2/3 is hard for pc's, not sure for the Wii.

Look at the recommended build for $1000 in the hardware forums section and and substitute a cheaper graphics card.

Onboard sound is fine. You need a wifi card or usb wifi adapter if the motherboard doesn't have built in wifi. Using the lan cable is better for online games since you don't have the lag of wifi.

this should give you a rough idea, no need to pick the exact same parts though (I wouldn't buy the msi board suggested for the 1000$ build)
