Cooling solution for Venice core chips?

I'm getting one of the new Venice 3200+ AMD 64 athlon chips and will be putting it in a DFI UT nforce board. I will also be overclocking this system.

Any suggestions on a good (and reasonably priced) heat sink and fan for the chip? It will be going in a Antec 3000b case if that makes a difference.
