Cooling Problems

I'm having difficulty with my temps when I run. It's like all the heat gets trapped and can't get out into the air. Is there any way to increase cooling efficiency so that I can run and exercise more? I need something with a high CFM, but low noise so no one looks at me funny 😕

I was exploring Newegg and ZZF to no avail....because I'm not sure if a Socket A or Socket T would do the job... I was looking toward water cooling, but air would work if I could get a good solution planned out so to decrease noise and increase efficiency.

Any suggestions would be well-appreciated.

Just one instance of Prime95 torture test, and right away I overheat. I am running the latest BIOS and chipset drivers.

Maybe is there another type of IHS cream or splooge or whatever you call it?

Thanks.

To start with it would be nice to know what we're talking about, body heat or the heat trapped in your pc? If it's your pc a few details would help, CPU, case, vid card, mobo,,,,,

Hmm...get one of those jogging suits? The ones that dissipate heat better or something....I know someone who knows wtf it's called...
