Cooling problem!!!HELP

Hi,

I live in Malta nd currently the ambient temp is around 37C. In winter my rig - Ganing Bomb II + Opteron 170 (not OCed) and asus A8N32 with ambient of around 19C where motherboard 35-37C on load and CPU at around 45-47C. Now on load it goes to MB 46C and CPU 51-53C. What do you think is it safe, or should I goto Water cooling? If yes what recommendations?
