Cooling Passive Video Card - Gigabyte 8600 GT

Hello,
I have a GIGABYTE GV-NX86T256H GeForce 8600 GT that runs pretty hot. It is passively cooled, and I want to add a fan to cool it.

Do you suggest a slot fan? If do should it blow onto the vid card, or pull hot air away?

So you suggest more case fans? I can rig on in there... Again blow onto or pull air away?

Thanks lot

I'd try to position the fan to blow along the heatsink fins and out the back of your case. Slot fans generally blow air directly on the card, which is fine, but then the heat is dispersed around your case.
