Would it be a good idea to take the heatspreaders off and to put ramsinks on cuz I hear so many people are frying their memory =/ and plus these sticks get so friggn hot!

Just place a fan to blow over the memory and you'll be fine. If you take off the heatspreaders, you'll void your warranty.

are the heat spreaders better then ram sinks ?

also do you find alot of the time that people can not reach 2-2-2-x at 250Mhz, just generally?

one more question will that RAM VX 4000 work on my Neo2 plat with a DDR Booster, i would have thought so but ??

thanks :D

I'm not too sure if the heatspreaders are better than ramsinks. It really depends on which ramsinks you were thinking of.

2-2-2-x at 250 is hit or miss with the 3200 VX. At least with the 4000 VX, you are guaranteed those specs out of the box.

The MSI Neo 2 Plat does support the DDR Booster so it would be a good match with the PC4000 VX.

Well a good fan works, but it should be obvious the heatspreaders aren't very good. Fellows at XS say that ram sinks will win anyday... but then again I guess I'll ive with heatspreaders... so long as my VX dont get fried by my DFI LP NF4.
