Cooling Help

I am upgrading from a 500e@715 to a cbo 650. The board I'm using is the MS 6309. My question is what is the best, affordable cooling solution. with the 500 I was using the retail fan/sink. what could I expect to get out of the 650 with the retail components and would it be worth it to buy cooling hardware?

I don't know if you can call it affordable or not but an Alpha PAL35T would certainly do the job. Picture here: http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/1/114.htm?58, you can also pick them up at many other good places. Look at it this way, it's forward-compatible, right? The GlobalWin FOP32 would be a lot of heatsink for the dollar, but if I understand correctly, they don't have "feet" to keep them from getting crooked on the CPU. I suppose you could add some yourself...
