Hello everyone! I'm currently running my old(but still good) Visiontek Radeon 4870. I've been using ATI Tray tools(I think), to manage my fan for a good long while. I usually put it at around 50% and I'm wondering if the fan might be starting to go out. It still seems to work but it doesn't seem to keep the card as cool as it used to. I try to use compressed air on it every few weeks but this last time I didn't notice much, if any difference.

I know that my room is warm but at 50% fan, it's idling at 70c right now. It actually hit 100c the other day and that's what prompted me to use the compressed air on it. I know that Visiontek has a lifetime warranty on their products but I'm not sure if running the fan like this would void the warranty or not. I also don't know for sure if they have a charge for replacing the card or not. I'd rather not end up with a refurbished card if I can help it so I'm leaning towards finding an aftermarket cooler.

The two that I've been leaning towards are the Zalman VF1000 copper or the Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo Pro. They are both similar in price(around $45) but I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with either or both to recommend which would be better. The problem is that the Zalman seems to be out of stock everywhere at the moment. I don't know if there is a shortage on them or if they are discontinuing them(I hope not) or if Zalman is just slow in getting more out. So......since I've been far more long winded than I should've.....which cooler would y'all recommend? Thank you all in advance for the help!

*edit* I'm sorry if I might've put this in the wrong forum. I looked in Cases & Cooling but I didn't notice any video card fan threads on the first page. Mods, feel free to move if you think I've put this in the wrong place.
