Looking to build a new system with a 9800GTX video card what case should I consider to keep this beast cool ? I don't want to stuff it in a small case where it has no room to breath but the coolmaster cases look really nice.

Were I VinDSL I'd say a MM case.

Were I JediYODA I'd say there is no such thing as a "best case" only a best one for your situation, then not actually make a reccomendation.

Were I Zepper, I'd say look at the Best Buys near you to see if they have any of the Rocketfish cases left over, they can be had for as little as $42 plus tax.

Were I nevbie, I'd say cardboard box!

Were I Zap, I'd say a Microfly and chop it up till it fits whatever you want to put in it.

Were I aigomorla, I'd say watercool it and put it in a TJ-07 or a MM case, and don't forget the RD-30(that way you can run a pair of EK supremes along with PWM, NB, SB, RAM and full cover blocks for a pair of graphics cards and still get about 2gpm)

But I'm DA12, So I suggest getting a Coolermaster CM690 or a Stacker 810 or a Lian Li PC-17 or PC-71(beyond the fact that I'm dislexic so it makes the reccomendation easy, they're really good cases)

lol @ DA12.
If you think CoolerMaster cases look nice, I don't think you can go wrong with the Stacker 810.

If you are looking for a cheap, decent-looking case, I would suggest a Cooler Master Centurion 5. It is really spacious for a mid-tower, and it won't break your bank. It is also highly customizeable.

You forgot if its zap, he would say something small like a microfly or Qpak2!

Me, i think id ask what your budget is b4 i shoot off a case and the rest of your equiptment would be nice as well. (motherboard + Cpu heatsink) expecially.

Zap and the microfly, forgot that one. You quite rarely will shoot off a reccomendation without getting some information first, unless they say watercooling, they you're not hesitant to suggest the TJ-07 or MM case, I'll add you in just for S&G.

MidTower: I like the new 590 from CM, but another budget-favorite around here is also the 690 as previously mentioned. It probably offers the best "out of the box" airflow if you're not looking to mod your case.

FullTower: Uber Uber Uber Chakra....

That's my .02...
