Cooling and noise reduction suggestions/comments

I'm planning to build an HTPC with the following:

Case: Silverstone LC14-M
MOBO: ASUS A8N SLI
Proc: AMD 64 4000+
Graphics: 2 6800 GT cards in SLI config
PSU: Need about 500W (suggestions on a quiet PSU welcome)
PVR: Hauppage 250
Networking: Linksys Wireless PCI
Harddisk: 2 250gb SATA drives
Memory: OCZ 2GB DDR2 PC3200

Has anyone setup something similar with the Silverstone case? Are the fans provided with the case loud for HTPC? Do I need additional cooling? Any options on lowering the noise generated by the 6800 GT cards?

Forgot to mention, I will also the PC for gaming.
