Cooling a Visiontek Ti200

I have a visiontek GF3 Ti200 and I was wondering the best heatsink/fan and ramsinks are for that card. I can only get to 238/544 or something I want to go faster. Any suggestions?
thanks,

Wow...238/544 for the stock cooling on that card is amazing. Don't say you can "only" get there...that's an incredible overclock. My VT ti200 does 230/530...higher on the core, and I get lockups after a few runs of 3DMark, higher on the mem, and I get bright bands of color splashed across the screen, and a lockup. I've got a Thermaltake Crystal Orb on order to cool my GPU, though. Primarily because my stock fan is not doing well, and secondly, I might be able to push a few more MHz out of my chip.

With good cooling, you might be able to hit 250/550. I doubt you'll get much higher on the RAM, but you might be able to push the core another 10.
