Just thought I'd throw in some input from my recent experience with CM support.
I've had a CM 212+ since forever on an AMD system, but recently when I switched to Intel I found that the included backplate was drilled incorrectly at the factory. I couldn't get three of the four thumbscrews to go through.
I sent in a parts request for another backplate. They didn't even contact me back, they just sent me a tracking number.
I didn't just get the backplate, they gave me an entire set of mounting hardware. Basically, I got another CM 212+ package without the heatsink or fan. I'm impressed :thumbsup:
I will definitely go with CM again should I ever need another HSF.
