I like the look of the cse, but I can't stand the rear fan mounts, and the included fans are retardedly loud as well as the powersupply. (2 different friends of mine have the Praetorian) I thought about getting one, until I helped them attempt to quiet theirs down, and clean up thier cableing (they where both newbs to building)

love the black aluminum praetorian! good cooling and not "overly designed." Simple and sleek. Toolless design is a plus, i guess for some people they would rather have regular screws, but for someone who upgrades often, toolless designs are the way to go. Plus the removable motherboard tray is awesome. I dont why lobadobadingdong even mentions PSU's. Most praetorian cases at retailers dont even come w/ PSU's. You can always get your own PSU. The fans being too loud? well there are FOUR of them. Most cases have usually 2 or 3 standard. This case is for cooling, not for absolute sound deadening. Still fairly quiet in IMHO for an aluminum case w/ 4 fans. Fans you can always change out to your liking. Strictly speaking, the case itself is top quality. Most of all, you can't complain about the pricing.

I like mine as well. :)

Yes its not the coolest running case but overall its nice. Id like to see a full tower version or like the poster above mentioned , one with 120mm fans.

hey Reiniku,

i would suggest either CM praetorian or wavemaster. it mainly depends on if you like that front swing door to cover ur drive bays or not. The wavemaster comes w/ 3 fans (2 in front, 1 in back) but there's an option for a top fan because there is a vent for cooling like the CM praetorian. (optional, but you have to purchase it separately). Price wise, the wavemaster is on average about $30-50 more expensive. I chose the Praetorian because its the direct "successor" to the CM Atc-110 series. If you look up reviews for it, u'll find that it was highly praised (the ATC-110, on like tom's hardware, etc). Except this time they've added front USB support, stronger alluminum rails (previous was part plastic), and no front swinging door (which i prefer not to have; but datz all just personal preference). The wavemaster is around the same type, just slightly different design to suit different tastes. The centurion is not like the other 2. But that's just my 2 cents, GL on your selection man.

As far as class goes the Praetorian has no competition besides a PC-60.

The PC-60 is as flimsy as a pop can in comparision to the Praetorian. :)

i pretty much narrowed it down to the wavemaster and praetorian, but im leaning towards the praetorian because of the cheaper price and to show off my black coolermaster drive bezels and lis2. add to that a side window and i think i have myself a winner :D (putting the cooling options aside.. which seem lackluster to me)

I have the ATC-201SX, which is what Coolermaster called the case before the Praetorian. I love it. It's coming up on its 2 year birthday and it shows almost no wear. I've been known to kick my case from time to time (on accident, really!) and the finish still looks new. I replaced all the fans with Panaflo L1as.

Hi! I'm planning to buy this case and there are few things i would like to know. 1. Is is easy to replace the 2 front fans? 2. Are there any pre cut NoiseIsolating Mats for the case? Thanks!
