Coolermaster ATC-111 & ATC-110: Diff?

Anyone know what the difference between these two is? Aside from about $50USD, I don't see any.

I'm thinking of buying one and might be willing to spring for the higher priced 110 IF I know what I'm paying for.

The only real difference I saw when looking was the 110 is deeper. Check the size measurements on their webpage but that was all I could see.
