I personally have and like the Coolermaster ATCS case. Even though it has four fans in it, it is a surprisingly quiet case. Case temperature never gets more than 5-9 degrees higher than ambient temperature. I also like the tooless deisgn. Cost right on three hundered bucks for my coolermaster ATCS case though. Don't know how much the Lian Li is though.

I got the Lian Li PC-60 for $175 shipped. It doesn't come with a power supply. Not a big deal. Comes with 3 fans and I'm really impressed with the build quality. There's also a switch on the front that regulates fan speed (and consequently volume). I like it a lot. I haven't actually seen the Coolermaster in person so I can't really say which one is better. I know the Coolermaster costs more. I don't like the look of their ATC-200 though. The ATC-100 looks a bit better to me and should be cheaper I think. However, I haven't seen that or the 201 on sale anywhere yet. I don't think they're readily available.

I am in love with my Lian-Li PC-12 (silver version of the case; and the front bezel is plastic, not aluminum). It is a kick ass case and I am biased towards it because I own one. Asthetically, I think the Lian-Li looks better.

having seen both and scaring numerous friends with their prices, i think the Lian Li is the better case(4 5.25 inch bays), and cheaper, and slightly better looking.

www.thechipmerchant.com and www.computerhq.com in Hayward now have the ATC-201 cases, but you will have to call in to get them.

ATC-201 has 4 5.25" bay, front mount USB port, the usual ATC-200 fan layout plus the automobile paint finish on the panels.

It will cost even more than the ATC-200 or ATC-100 though, IMO worth the extra $$.
