I've been offered a Thermalright cooler (friend doesn't know the specific name) for my Hyper 212. It has 6 heatpipes, angled fins, and a spring-based mounting system.

I'm unable to figure out which specific model it is, anyone have any idea? Is it step up from the hyper 212?
 
Sounds like the Thermalright Ultra 120-eXtreme, aka TRUE. If it is, yes, it's better than the Hyper 212.
 
That's it! Any idea how much of an improvement I would see? A quick google of Hyper 212 Vs Thermalright TRUE leads me to ~2 benchmarks, one of which is a 212+
