Cooler Selection

I decided I'm ready to replace the stock cooling on my rig so I can feel comfortable about doing some over clocking and losing some noise.

Specs:
Intel E6750
EVGA 8800GT 512
4x2gb G.Skill DDR2 800
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
PC P&C Silencer 610w
Vista64 Business

Case fans:
1x140mm front intake
1x250mm side intake




So far i've picked out these two things:

Do you all think I should call it a day with this? Or are there other, better options for under $100 total?

The Freezer 7 Pro is a good budget heatsink. Don't know much about the Zalman one, but a lot of people like the Accelero for the 8800GT.
