Cooler & quieter solution for 5830

I've got a reference ATI HD 5830 (Engineering sample).
Is there a better cooling solution I can get for it that may be a little more quiet as well?

You might want to try a custom fan profile. Might do the trick for free. I'm not sure a card like that is worth investing in a custom cooling solution or not.
