I've had these for a while (after newegg had a sale like SVC's current deal) and I must say that they are excellent. I think that the dB's might be a bit higher than suggested, but not much. They certainly push plenty of air and are very quiet, I'd say just slightly louder than my hard drive (Maxtor Ultra16 250gb from Compusa deal last week). Plenty bright, but not really enough to light up a case like cold cathode lights ... which are cheap at SVC (or they were last month, they move their prices around quite a bit).

Also just ordered the Coolermaster Cavilier 3 case with a window (no psu) from them for $50 plus like $7 shipping plus a few bucks tax, great deal, looks like it's ending though (the silver version is now $70, used to be $50, and the black version without the window is $65 - both w/o psu).

Not affiliated with them, though I guess this sounds like a pretty supportive post. I guess they are just getting up on newegg/chieftech in terms of value a little bit. Oh how I wish for the newegg of yesteryear, before the perpetual 1 day sales and when they were consistently cheaper. Still some great deals come up though, like that $56 Aspire case with no shipping, supposed to be a great case.

Best luck with the fans!
